If you are planning on fishing a tournament in Washington State, you will need a contest banner. It is a neoprene sash that is yellow on one side and orange on the other. It has the words "Contest" or "Tournament" printed on it.
Here are two stores that will ship them to you:
Limit Out Marine in Sumner 253-863-9973
Auburn Sports Marine in Auburn 253-833-1440
We do not provide these and you will not be allowed to fish our tournament without one.
