Lake Samish Team Tournament Results (5-19-18)

BELLINGHAM -- Roy Hawes and Dan Haddrell took first place with a five-fish limit of 18.38 pounds May 19, 2018, at Borderline Bassin' Contenders Lake Samish Open Team Tournament.

Tyler Wasilewski and Aaron Weinberg took second place with 17.14 pounds, followed closely by Thongpun But and Aet But at 17.13 pounds. The big fish was caught by Joshua Cloud, with a 4.86-pound smallmouth.

Anglers experienced low wind with sun breaks and temperatures creeping into the low 70s. Most bass were in the spawning phase.
